What kind of companionship?
Timing and place
Practical boundaries and safety contact

Medication reminders, or handing a clearly identified medication to the client, are discussed only under an established authorized plan. SCC does not select or interpret medication, change doses, decide whether it should be taken, physically administer medication or provide medical care. SCC does not provide regular/substantial cleaning.

Emergency contact for service setup

SCC needs a separate person to contact if a safety issue arises. This contact is recorded separately from whoever is arranging or paying for the service.

Providers do not take or use a client's debit/credit card, PIN or account credentials. Any approved purchase made with SCC/provider funds is receipt-backed and reconciled to the service order.

Check your request
Price and availability: SCC will confirm scope, timing, availability and any cost before accepting the request. This is not a confirmed visit.
If plans change: If the assigned SCC provider becomes unavailable, SCC will try to arrange backup. If an outside provider is proposed instead, SCC will identify that provider and you choose whether to accept the substitution.
Safety and handoff: If a client appears to be in distress, SCC will not leave the person without an appropriate handoff. SCC may call 911 when needed. Providers act only within their first-aid training; SCC does not provide medical care.
