Get Help
A real person is part of the design.
You should never have to understand the whole site before asking for help.
Human help
You can talk to a real person.
Email SCC, request a phone conversation, or use Local Help and Resources first if you prefer to look around on your own.
You are contacting SCC about: Safety or safeguarding concern
You came here from: Local Help.
What to include
If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911 first. For a non-emergency safeguarding concern, send factual information and a safe contact method.
- What you observed or were told
- When and where it occurred
- Whether anyone is currently unsafe
- A safe way for SCC management to contact you
- Whether the usual family/contact person is involved in the concern
What happens next: Non-emergency safeguarding concerns go to SCC management for objective documentation and case-by-case contact handling. If the usual contact is the subject of the allegation, SCC will not automatically notify that person before management review, subject to safety, law and required reporting.

Before sending personal information, include only what SCC needs to understand the question or request. SCC will ask for additional details only when they are necessary.
Prefer to look first? You can browse Local Help or Resources and come back without losing access to human help.
Complaint or safety concern? Use the dedicated Complaint or concern / Safety concern link in the footer so SCC can identify the issue clearly, document it and review the next safe step.
Emergency: SCC is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911.
