Transportation

Request a ride.

Start with the trip details, then review the request before anything is sent.

Before you enter trip details: SCC uses the information only to understand the ride you are requesting. This form prepares an email to SCC; it does not store the details on the website.

Additional options and safety contact

Extra stops, waiting, prescription pickup and related costs must be authorized before they become part of the service. Return-destination or other trip changes are considered case-by-case against the original authorization, safety, service scope, timing and added-cost authority. SCC does not provide medical advice or administer medication.

Emergency contact for service setup

SCC needs a separate person to contact if a safety issue arises. This contact is recorded separately from whoever is arranging or paying for the service.

SCC will confirm the contact and safe-handoff plan before accepting the ride. Providers do not take or use a client's debit/credit card, PIN or account credentials. If SCC makes an approved purchase with SCC funds, the receipt is retained and the amount is reconciled to the service order.

Check your request
Price and availability: no unapproved amount is shown. SCC will confirm availability, scope and any cost before accepting the ride. This remains a request, not a confirmed ride.
If plans change: If the assigned SCC provider becomes unavailable, SCC will try to arrange backup. If an outside provider is proposed instead, SCC will identify that provider and you choose whether to accept the substitution.
Safety and handoff: If a client appears to be in distress, SCC will not leave the person without an appropriate handoff. SCC may call 911 when needed. Providers act only within their first-aid training; SCC does not provide medical care.
Pickup changes and no-shows: Early pickup or other unplanned changes are best-effort, not guaranteed. An unexplained missed pickup or no-show is checked for safety before ordinary billing or scheduling follow-up.
